Makes 4 servings | Gluten free
1 T. butter
1 T. olive oil
½ cup onion, chopped
¾ cup green pepper, chopped
¾ cup red pepper, chopped
¾ cup yellow pepper, chopped
2 cups Brussels sprouts
Natural season salt
1. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet, then add vegetables and saute.
2. Cut Brussels sprouts in half and add to sauteed vegetables.
3. Season to taste.
