Sweet Potato Wedges Recipe

Makes 4 servings | Gluten free and dairy free

2 medium sweet potatoes
2 T. olive oil
garlic seasoning
rosemary or thyme 
salt
pepper

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350° 
2. Peel and cut into wedges
3. Coat wedges with olive oil and sprinkle with seasonings to taste
4. Place on baking sheet and cook for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
