Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of female infertility. When a woman has PCOS, eggs are not released during ovulation. Instead, they stay in the ovaries and develop into small cysts. PCOS has several symptoms including irregular menstrual cycles, excess body hair, acne and depression.
