3 Fresh New Spring Smoothie Recipes

Spring is here! Are you in spring-cleaning mode? Cleaning out your garage or closets at home? How about freshening up your eating routine with some new protein shakes? I know you’ll love these delicious, balanced options. They taste great and will keep you satisfied.
Each recipe below is for one serving. Enjoy!
#1: Sweet Strawberry Sipper
Ingredients:
- ½ cup strawberries
- 1 scoop of Vanilla or Natural Whey Protein powder*
- 1 scoop Strawberry-Kiwi Dynamic Fruits & Greens
- ½ avocado
- 2 fresh basil leaves
- ¾-1 cup water
Finished product:
#2 Tropical High-Energy Refresher
Ingredients:
- ½ banana
- 1 scoop of Vanilla or Natural Whey Protein powder*
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1-2 Tbsp. MCT oil
- Juice of a lime
- 1-2 cups spinach
Finished product:
#3 Mango-Nut Delight
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen mangos
- 1 scoop of Vanilla or Natural Whey Protein powder*
- 1 cup kale
- 1 tsp. ground flax seed
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
Finished product:

Yes, however you could increase the carbs to 1 cup for meals.
