“I have always been passionate about food, but working at NWW and learning the science behind nutrition continues to drive my passion for eating well. I have seen how eating real foods improved my health, and I love watching clients discover the healing power of food in their own lives. Nutrition is complex, but learning to eat in balance should be simple. I work with my clients to make the process of changing their diet and lifestyle habits as easy as possible. I help them think outside the box when it comes to meals and snacks, and together we make changes they can stick with.”
